An early birthday trip to Iceland turned into a surreal week. My brother and I came to see the erupting volcano, but we experienced so much more: frozen waterfalls, majestic sunsets over the hills, glaciers, stunning beaches, lakes, and moss-covered lava fields. The highlight was watching the aurora dance above the volcano at midnight in -11°C.<3 I hope the magic of it all comes through in the gallery.
